When you need a Vietnamese fix. It's a good place to go. Authentic dishes. Price seems right.

Does anyone know if they are under new ownership/management? I can't help but notice the flavorful broth and meat quality/amount has declined recently. I used to be able to walk in and one gentleman knew my order on arrival and I haven't seen him in ages.

Called in my order ahead of time from the menu shown online which were posted photos. The fresh spring roll showed as $4.95 and the Pho house combo as $9.75. I asked for extra peanut sauce for the roll. When I arrived my order was ready so I went to check out and found that instead of being $16.10 my order cost $23.50. Turns out the prices shown on yelp were way ooff, especially the pho($16.00) instead of $9.95. That's a huge difference, while the roll was $5.50 instead of $4.95. The guy taking my payment just shrug it off and offered no apology or remedy. While the food was decent I won't be going back anytime soon until the sting of misrepresenting the coat wears off.

First time here. Its kind of tucked away next to the Latin grocery store. On a Monday night there were several dining. Prices have gone up from $12 to 14-16 for pho, but it was large, very tasty and a good balance of meats to noodles. Saw many take out orders. All the servers spoke Spanish, you have to just get up and pay your bill at the counter when you are done. They don't bring the check to the table. I'd definitely go again for the pho & try other items on the menu.

Pho Factory is located in the small strip plaza that holds Grand Mart, and their menu offers starters, pho, rice dishes, vermicelli bowls, pan-fried noodles, fried rice, and vegetarian options. We came here for an early dinner, and we ordered: +the Vietnamese Summer Rolls - filled with shrimp, lettuce, basil, and thin noodles, wrapped in a rice paper, and served with peanut sauce; this was more noodle heavy, but it was still fresh and tasty; the peanut sauce was good, and I added sriracha to kick it up a bit +the Butter Fried Chicken Wings - marinated and butter-fried to crispiness; the hubs enjoyed these when it was freshly made; however, any leftovers didn't have the same taste +the #4 House Combination Pho - included rare steak, flank steak, and beef brisket; we opted out of the tendon, and one could request tripe to be included; as with pho, bean sprouts, basil, jalapeno slices, and lime were served; this had a good flavorful broth, and the noodles were super generous! +Grilled Shrimp vermicelli bowl - the noodles were ample, and this came with a great serving of lettuce, peanuts, bean sprouts, diced cucumbers, onions, mint, and a bowl of house special fish sauce; the shrimp were large and plentiful, but they did have a slight 'fishy' odor/taste to them; I'm thinking I may try the grilled chicken next time Staff were super friendly, kind, and welcoming. Plenty of parking, but the spaces are narrow. +great pho +friendly & kind service +parking in plaza lot

Pho factory is a gem! They are located near the International supermarket in Alexandria, right off of 395. We used to be frequent visitors to another pho restaurant on Columbia Pike. Their standard has deteriorated during the pandemic which prompted us to look for another pho restaurant in the area. Their pho is cooked right, the broth, the meat, the sauce. They have a big menu too. We order the spring rolls, meal ball pho noodles, the chicken wings and Vietnamese coffee whenever we visit. The prices are low compared to other Vietnamese restaurant. Service is good. They don't have a team of staff but the two individuals who work there do their job well! They are recently short staffed and I hope they will find people quickly as I really want this restaurant to stay open. It's a family owned restaurant, the place looks clean, simple and family friendly.

Solid take out. Good pho, good fried spring rolls, very fast service (they got the food ready in about 10mins). Will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again.

A really good viet place with quality ingredients and a great price too! I got the Combo Rice noodle bowl and a fried Egg roll. It came with some sauce on the side (sweet/salty/umami). They chop up the egg roll which is nice. And you get a very nice portion of food for the price! It comes with the rice noodles combo meat (chicken, beef and shrimp I think) some other veggies , fried onion , and bean sprouts. Everything tasted great! The noodles were pretty plain and I wished I had ordered some soup too but the bowl was overall super good!
